Family Portraits

I love the unexpected surprise of including the family pets, in this case it was chickens! It sure helped to start things off with a laugh. I like the photo and can see it being a converstion piece for years to come, and in a good way! What a great way to capture a family memory. And even though it might stress parents out to have their sweet little girl stick her tongue out at the photographer, I love capturing the different personalities of the kids and getting a giggle in the process. I believe the pictures captured will create a lifetime of funny memories.

Sweet Boy

This was a blast for me. I loved getting to interract with this little man. I love working with families, and being related makes it that much more fun. Thanks for coming to visit, and our best wishes for the upcoming arrival of baby #2. Can't wait to take some photos of him also!

Man time flies. It is crazy to me that another year has gone by and it is time to do family portraits again. Has it really been a year already? Love you guys...you've been with me from the beginning. Your family is great. (and beautiful too!) It is a joy for me to get to know the kiddos better in the classroom. It makes it that much more special to take their portraits too.

What a wonderful time in the mountains of Colorado. I took this picture of my brother's family. Wish we had gotten a picture of everyone in their matching shirts, but oh well. A wonderful time was had by all. God Bless America!

Family Portraits

Well, since I could have posted any of the photos from this shoot, I am going to have to just toss a coin. Must be nice for it to be impossible to have a bad photo taken of you. Even the ones with hurricane force winds weren't bad. I really tried but the camera wouldn't allow it! :) I would like to say it had something to do with superior photo taking abilities, and not everything to do with just being beautiful. God has seriously blessed these three with some good genes, and since we are related I guess that means maybe there is some hope for me in there somewhere! I love you all to bits and thanks for giving me the opportunity to photograph you. Now hurry back so we can do it again.
